avatarThere have been MANY revisions of Hrmy's Despecialized Editions & the version info I posted comes from my copy of -= The Original Trilogy - Harmy's Despecialeized DeLuxe GOUT sync Edition =- except for my copies I added the original audience screening audio recording tracks as an extra audio track, which those audience tracks sync to any GOUT edition

avatarThey were available on Laser disc and the laser disc version was sold on dvd once after Lucas "updated" the movies. I have a dvd set that includes the "update and laser disc versions, I refuse to watch the updates. I wonder how these compare to what I have. I also saw Star Wars in the theater (it wasn't called new hope then)

They have been colour graded to make them look as close to possible to the original projected versions. They feature multiple soundtrack choices, commentaries and subtitles.

avatarWell, this is interesting! :_B) I haven't seen these original versions since I was a kid. I wonder how this release was made, because original versions were available as VHS, but not in later formats if I remember correctly.
