I had to pinch myself to be sure I'm in reality and not merely having a drug induced trip...yup...actual positivity in the comments section! 😁🎉🎊 |
I remember first seeing J-Law in Winter's Bone & saying she is going to be a Massive Star in a few years. She is the Meryl Streep of our Generation. |
You are correct, Toe. She was nominated for Best Actress for her role in Winter's Bone too. Quite impressive considering she was 19 when the movie was filmed and it was her first leading theatrical role. She was also good here, her first TV/Mini-Series leading role Poker House https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1014806/ |
Massive spoiler alert in the title......J-Law spends 1hr43mins tryin to cop-off with a kid but there were "No Hard Feelings" |
I usually don't like younger women 18-30, but love me some JLAw. She also can act.. |
Acr250rider lucky for you she is 32, turning 33 in a few days. |
Winter’s Bone was a great flick and an excellent vehicle for her to demonstrate her talent which she has consistently proven going strength to strength. I can fully understand how a fun flick like this might be appealing. I bet she enjoyed doing it regardless of the "Box Office" consideration.... |
The female lead is extremely unlikable, the plot is twisted, and it's not very funny. Thanks for the upload. |
"the female lead is extremely unlikable" Yeah that's intentional & the point. |
Unless somebodys changed its definition, this is not a comedy, much less a sex comedy. There have been some good sex comedies when quality movies were still being made - American Pie is a sex comedy, Road Trip is another. Then there were the vintage classics - Danish bedside series and the Carry On series. Within the first quarter of the film, the movie keeps shifting its focus intermittently toward solemn themes like relationships, estranged parent, troubled childhood. These CANNOT be a part of a comedy. At its worst, these can be touched upon casually and briefly, but only toward the end when its time for the climax or post climax and definitely not at the very onset. The somber undertones frequently breaks the audience's connection with the core theme almost making it seem the direction lost its plot midway or forgot they were making a "sex comedy", not singing an elegy. TNA - Good |
Man! That 19 years old kid in this movie must be frigid. If I had a girl like J-Law throwing herself at me willingly without even requiring me to wine her and dine her and take her out on several dates first, when I was 19 so long ago... |
Hot adult woman in the cover. Of course, you are not gonna watch it. |
