yea i cant handle that annoying water named low teir comedian who sounds like she chain smokes 30 cigars a day and has the acting talent of a wet sponge. |
One would think that people would grow bored of feeling the need to seek attention by posting the same lame dribble on every new upload..."The movie looks stupid...so and so is in it. Hard pass!" Or "Looks woke to me. I pass!" Or "Only my race is worthy of being in the film. Pass!" Same silly 6th-grade trash comments over and over again. The fact of the matter is, you're not special enough for anyone to care if you're passing or not. What we care about is thanking uploaders and providing useful reviews. Leave the dribble on Truth Social. |
I was expecting it to mindless drivel that I would use to lull me to sleep but actually i only fell asleep with 20 minutes to go thanks TGx |
Paul Feig made Spy, which was pretty damn fun. John Cena is a cool addition to a lot of movies. Sean William Scott is also a lot of fun; his scene in Old School is peak SWS. Gonna give this a shot. |
Okay - it's me again. I'd not heard of Awkwafina before this movie, but didn't find her particularly bad; just not very good. Certainly not funny. The movie, however, is a total miss. I might have chuckled once. Even for John Cena, this was subpar. |
Can anyone explain the logic of this film's premise? If a lottery company exacts a bounty on the winner, but then is obliged to pay the killer the fee instead...what's the point? Actually seems a waste of money given the fall-out from the rampage. |
It's a transfer of the prize. The named winner wins by surviving, or their killer wins by killing them. The lottery pays out the same prize money either way. The real lottery makes money by selling more tickets than the value of the prize. This movie's lottery probably still does that, plus films the mayhem. |
Again with this below average chick? Come on, there's way more beautiful asian actresses who'd do a better job. Even her screeching voice is torture, poor cena having to do retakes with this harridan just to get his next paycheck. |
"You killed Awkwafina, you get the prize money" "Prize money?" |
Downloaded this and watched it because of Awkwafina. I can barely tolerate John Cena, his characters always seem to be the big, dumb-as-a-stump types (typecasting?), and I've never thought he could act if his life depended on it. The audio/video was the usual top quality, and the torrent was a breeze. However, I thought the movie was unfunny, and the dialogue made me cringe. And yep, John Cena lived down to my expectations of playing a big, dumb, thug. Overall, for me, Awkwafina was okay (damned by faint praise?), but John Cena made a poor film even worse. Thanks to GalaxyRG for all the hard work but this one's in the trash already |
This was fun. I have a soft spot for Paul Feig, who elevates divisive actresses - this is probably the best performance I've seen out of Awkwafina (admittedly a low bar). The script is not great, but the premise and breathless action mitigate that. And if you generally hate all of the people and things I just mentioned, that means you'll probably like the absolutely vicious satire of LA people/culture that is the setup in this movie. |
Out of Twisters, The Union, and this one, I hate to say it but this has been the most enjoyable film of the evening. It's certainly not without its flaws, and Awkwafina is doing her usual shtick and John Cena is being John Cena which is okay with me. The story/premise is pretty goofy. Unlike with those other two films, though, I didn't find myself getting annoyed at certain parts with this one. Take that for what it's worth. Kind of fun seeing the two stars of Shang-Chi back together briefly, too. 6/10 from me. Don't regret watching it. |
Why do people keep putting Awkwafina in movies? She's not funny. Not attractive. Just pure cringe |
Thanks for the upload, great quality. Hugely disappointed in the movie though. John Cena is good in it, Awkwafina is not, but everything else is worse than I expected. The movie wants to be Guns Akimbo, but fails, first because the premise is nonsensical. Your plot is supposed to make sense, here it's just not believable. The fight choregraphy are cartoonish and bad. It's VERY obvious Katie Kim (Awkwafina's character) would be dead in a minute. She also acts in an incredibly stupid way for the sake of the plot. Everything is too convenient, too predictable. Overall it's a low low 3/10. |
a movie like this something is very unsatisfactory, because you notice that you are rooting strongly for main character getting killed sooner than later, albeit you are sure it won't happen.. don't know if it has to do with the silly plot or the ugly face of this gal or her strong male voice |
