 | Weakest monsterverse movie by far they are catering to children and it's so obvious the human characters are one dimensional stereotypes,plenty of overused MCU humor which I absolutely hate MCU did such a huge harm to writing and characterization of usa cinema it's insane no situation can be serious or sincere there is no tension in modern mainstream blockbusters it's always undercut with some unfunny quip,one liner or a joke for gen z middle schoolers. Also the atmosphere is cartoonish and more like some silly superhero movie this cartoonish atmosphere is ridiculous comparing not even with Godzilla Minus One which was amazing masterpiece,but also Godzilla 2014 which had brutal dark and grounded atmosphere and actually decent writing and story with great performance from Bryan Cranston and Ken Watanabe there are zero good characters in this one the only good thing in this movie is monster fights which are entertaining of course and why a lot of people are watching this,but still weaker in my opinion than Godzilla King Of Monsters or even Kong Skull Island. It's just forgettable zero depth,zero complexity movie you will forget in a day or two after viewing it which is mildly entertaining if you with brain turn off. But again I am so tied of the damage MCU did to movies the same lame unfunny humor destroying any tension was in new Ghostbusters Frozen Empire too which unlike smart intelligent humor and great characterization in Ghostbusters 1984 had trash unfunny MCU level jokes and now monsterverse movies is overflown with unfunny MCU humor too who finds middle school level humor and quips funny? Certainly not me watch Godzilla Minus One or Godzilla 2014 and Godzilla King Of Monsters,because this movie is trash. |

 | a decent monster romp but its getting silly and comical at this point now. Had fun watching but felt that the scale of the monsters was reduced as they were made massive in the earlier films but seemed to of shrunken down now for some reason. The 3rd act had a reveal that doesn't make much sense in terms of location and how they got to the surface or were originally from the hollow earth and how that happenened but other than that it was enjoyable enough but leave it there guys, let the franchise rest now |
