Ad interruptions @: 10:00 - 10:31 & 51:54 -52:25 Ad on screen @: 3:05 - 3:19 A/V 5/3 (Out of 10) Audio: Snacking noises for the first 30 and then intense nasal breathing for the rest. That aside, audio is ok. Video: Extremely rough, there are many scenes where it's indistinguishable and the combat scenes are a blurred mess. Focus is lost numerous times and someones head in the next row blocks the bottom right quarter of the screen for 20-30 minutes at a time. Skip this cam, it's far lower quality than usual which detracts from the enjoyment in my opinion. |
What a refreshing analysis of the cam quality ! Great work PsiSix |
Thank you @psisix for the honest comment/review , fist bump, murf. |
I am in total agreement. I've noticed that whenever collective gets ahold of a cam they effin knock it out of the park. They have produced the best cams I have seen in 20 years of watching cams...Just sayin'... |
i do love the first one sure I am glad they made another one have not seen it waiting for a good copy but I love the first one & all its music still good work to the people that can be brave to get a cam in there |
Folks it's a free cam that you can stay in your mom's basement and watch. Siskel and Ebert already have jobs and Rex Reed and Gene Shalit already weighed in. Beyond your opinion of A/V nothing else matters. Please just be grateful and give me audio video info. Full effin stop... |
"Joey, do you like movies about gladiators?" This must be tail end (pun intended) of the LGBT fund movies. Not really my type of entertainment. Bumped into something looking up the above quote that is interesting. Could be fake. An airplane in the OG movie? https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/gladiator-airplane-movie-mistake/ Yes master, I will take my point penalty now. Seriously, this place woulkd be a lot more fun without the overbearing admin actions. But thanx for the free movies. |
That was quick. Personally I think they should have left well enough alone. Gladiator is one of the best movies of the last 30 years. Gladiator 2 looks ridiculous in fairness from what I could see in the trailer. I thought Ridley Scott would have see and known enough as to not to ruin the legacy of the first great film. That being said I will go and see it in the cinema because you just never know. I am not expecting much but I may just be surprised. Regarding cam versions for "blockbuster " movies is probably best to skip them if at all possible unless you can't wait for whatever reason. Guess thats the good thing about choice. Sincerely. Jackson. |
Looks like a watchable cam. Thanks TGX! Why come to the cam posts just to whine about general cam quality? We ALL know what we're getting into. Whether or not YOU choose to watch it is beyond relevant. People are here looking for A/V quality, not an ego |
I am 110% in agreement with you. Keep saying it. I have been preaching the same thoughts and the more folks we get into our camp hopefully the better things will become. People please just A/V and that's it |
I will wait for the digital release a few months from now. This is one movie that should not be seen in lousy CAM non quality |
Fascinating. Are you saying cams aren't as good a quality as digital releases? I guess i'll be like the old dog here who seems really smart and wait for the better looking picture quality. |
You really know how to spark up all the tossers with nothing better to do jaxe LOL! |
"Duuuuuuh, I'm not gonna watch because commercial releases are better than cams. Wait... -WHY am I here? Oh, yea, I think I'm AWESOME!" |
