Some subjects should be just left alone and not trivialised, they need to be seen in the context in which they were originally intended. Is there an Anne Frank musical yet? If not bet its coming. |

| Going to give this a try, but there is no way that the original 1985 release will ever be outdone. I know this is an adaptation of the book and slightly different possibly and I'm going to watch it but if you haven't seen the original with Whoopi Goldberg and several others please do yourself a favor and watch it. One of the best movies made definitely in my top 10. |
