I thought Kurtwood Smith had died but now realise it was a hoax. What's the point of that rumour? Glad to see he is still in the land of the living and look forward to this series however dodgy these revivals are. Notice one big omission - Danny Masterson who played Hyde, looks like career over for him. |
I remember the '70s (well, mostly...) and they were great. The '90s were a terrible decade - for everything! Unless this becomes "The Red & Kitty Show" it's gonna suck. 1 season and done. |
It's Netflix. It doesn't matter how great or terrible it is. It's equally likely to get the axe so Netflix can throw 10 more new pastas against the wall to see what sticks. |
Thanks. I'm afraid to find out what the '90s were like, from a 2023 point of view. |
The original cast (minus Hyde) is featured in a limited capacity, though I agree it would have been better to focus on the old cast rather than new characters. |
Reboot the 70's show, bring it into the 90's (supposedly) and add a token cast. Hollywood just can't stop rebooting stuff. Have you seen the new Night Court? New Gossip Girl? Just awful! Got to make all the cast diversified and angry at the system. |
No but you did remind me to download the old night court for my external archive. Thanks! Also , thanks for being the voice that drives all the liberal losers insane. I enjoy it. |
Haven't seen the new Night Court yet but as I recall it was pretty diverse back in the day. |
Society has been diverse since over 60,000 years. It was about fricking time Hollywood hired a diverse cast. |
Actually, society has been the OPPOSITE of diverse for most of human history. How do you think tribes and countries came about in the first place? |
this only made me download and re-watch the 70's show. oh, and this is crap by the way |
Umm correct me if I'm wrong here, but I don't remember Eric and Donna ever getting back together after their break up and the series ended without them making up. So how are they arbitrarily together with kids now? |
That 80s Show totally failed at the end of its initial 13 episode run in 2002, so why, 21 years later, are they having another go? Topher Grace is starring in and producing Home Economics, so it's not like he's out of work |
This will keep you angry and up all night, huh? LMAO! |
Not bad not great either much better then the 80's show and its one of the top streamed shows this week ... if you liked the 70's show you'll like this .. it was written and played out as a 1 off but due to the numbers there doing a season 2 ... A8/V9 came down fast good to go .... |
I didn't know there was a "That 80's show", but didn't have the same "feeling", as this one is a reboot from the original 70's show. Thanks |
