Don't go by the language codes of the audio tracks. This is primarily a French-English show. So you have a mix of French and English, along with a splash of Arabic in all of the episodes. But the subtitles are in English for all the episodes.

You mean you've tried with other AV1 files? AV1 codec is being actively developed, with a lot of changes being published frequently. So it's better to always use the latest available version of VLC or MPV player.
