Surprisingly after they were finished, people started occupying one and almost all floors had it's lights on. The other right next to it by same builders didn't even have a single floor occupied. Rumor was that while under construction someone was raped and murdered in that building and once it was completed they could hear screams at night. Few who rented the apts left quickly. It stood like a dark monolith at night while buildings around it were brightly lit for a year or so while I was living in that area.
