good audio good video good acting some laughs in there as well thanks ,,was nice to see this . retell |
So sloooow! Or maybe it was all the very long, extended silences that made it feel that way. To me it was like one of those art movies that you have to recognize is really good film making, and yet you just can't bring yourself to actually really like. But I love his acting, Deadwood, American Gods, John Wick, all his performances are simply fantastic, this one included of course. Thanks for the upload! :-) |
Funny, it seems a few here really enjoyed it & appreciated the pace. I also thought the slower pacing & technique suited the movie VERY well & created a foreboding mood, juxtaposed by the beautiful location, that led perfectly to the (inevitable) ending. I guess it's back to Marvel movies for you then? |
You had me at Ian McShane. I'll check out the 265 10 bit version as those always have a great quality to size ratio. Thanks! |
Why dont you post after watching the movie to share your opinion? This would be so helpful and AMAZING of you to do since you seem to watch everything uploaded |
We've seen molluscs (snails) make move faster than this dude This 'assassin' can barely walk the length of himself |
Its true Ian McShane has been very active in recent years, incredibly hard to miss. In fact, I am looking forward to the June 2024 release of the tv series Ballerina. I enjoyed this "recent" movie to, the scenery of the filming locations were amazing and while there was little dialogue I suspect that was a deliberate choice adding to the brooding mood of the aging character and the over all dark beautiful picture. Thanks uploader! People only need to do a bit of research to appear sounding ill informed, |
Genre: Thriller - They should have mentioned the thriller part is only for the last 20min of the movie. The rest should be...I don't know what to call it. |
Beautiful sceneries and images but barely any dialogue or plot, i would call it very boring but thx for the fast upload of the good quality after the cam yesterday. |
I giess you miss the idea, many movies done this way. Some people dont understand 👍 |
Guest-1980 said - "barely any dialogue or plot". The pauses in dialogue were there so you could engage your brain to figure out the plot LOL! Seriously though, a movie like this works perfectly BECAUSE it's not dialogue-heavy. The plot was obvious albeit subtle to focus on more important themes. |
Fuerteventura Some of this lked like it was filmed in the Australian Outback or the Nevada Desert |
The Screen Actors Guild refused to continue to pay Ian McShane's pension because they couldn't believe he wasn't already dead Maybe why he has come out of 'retirement' |
"An assassin on a final assignment in Fuerteventura, to kill a man he has never met. " Who wrote this plot summary? An assassin sent to kill a man "he has never met".... as if that ISN'T the norm for a govt assassin??? I'm no expert on covert Black Op's govt assassination, but I'd guess 99.98% of all victims of professional alphabet-soup assassination aren't members of the hitman's personal social/friend group!!! They aren't chatting daily on WhatsApp! If they were, then whoever is matching covert operatives to their victims ISN'T competent at their job! |
We used to watch Ian McShane in movies as kids Is this 'Ian McShane' AI-generated perchance |
