 | This movie was an unnecessary cash grab with a totally miscast title role. They should had kept the DCEU Ben Affleck Batman and even that was unnecessary because it happen only 4 years after the Christopher Nolan Dark Knight Batman movies. It's like the Spider-Man franchise, they keep rebooting it with a new actor, so soon after Tobey Maguire and Sam Raimi's franchise ended. They did it twice, first with Andrew Garfield and then with Tom Holland. |

| I changed my mind except that Bale needed an antihistamine or a lozengier. So Joker was a reworking of Taxi Driver, and The Batman uses The Zodiac killer as The Riddler the cyphers and taunts not so much the horrible costume. The actor dials back Heath Ledger and that's the extent of that. Then they use the bank robber that had his head blown up in Erie Pa and rips off The Riddler's apartment and journals from Seven. What's next a new Superman that rips off Fight Club? Nope The Batman did that too Riddler try's to kill the city but Tyler Durden did. Wait a few years add a mask rip off a great movie and it's a DC property. WTF is next a DC character heads out with two other people in a boat? Well they are filming the Flash so you never know. |
