MMA fighter Cole Young (Lewis Tan), accustomed to taking a beating for money, is unaware of his heritage-or why Outworld's Emperor Shang Tsung (Chin Han) has sent his best warrior, Sub-Zero (Joe Taslim), an otherworldly Cryomancer, to hunt Cole down. Fearing for his family's safety, Cole goes in search of Sonya Blade (Jessica McNamee) at the direction of Jax (Mehcad Brooks), a Special Forces Major who bears the same strange dragon marking Cole was born with. Soon, he finds himself at the temple of Lord Raiden (Tadanobu Asano), an Elder God and the protector of Earthrealm, who grants sanctuary to those who bear the mark. My Smart TV supports HEVC x265 just fine.
The world is full of dumpsters for a reason. Out with the ancient technology and in with the new.
The world is going to move on. If you can't or don't want to move with it, you'll be left behind. It's not going to sit still for a few old school viewers who refuse to change with the times. Why should other users be deprived of 265 just because you don't like it.

avatarA/V = 8 and the film itself was about 5/10. Nice cgi, acting was just okay but, there wasn't much of a script. Editing was not very good and one particular fight scene was so dark you could hardly see what was going on. Thanks for the share.

avatarthe 1995 movie (and the 1998 tv series) is far better and the fight scenes are way more enjoyable , this new one is watchable but pretty forgetable. it would have been better if it was the first 3 episodes of a tv series. as a stand alone movie it falls short
