@justsoimedude6x I'm a single male too. The premise sounds cool enough to me so I won't pass. It's ok to watch romance films you know. Isn't going to mess with your masculinity or heterosexuality. Doesn't do anything to mine to watch a romcom, dude. |
I'm a (straight) male in a LTR. I love romances (that includes non-hetero romance stories), whether movies (dramatic or rom-com) or in classic literature/poetry. Have since around age 11. I often now watch them with the love of my life. Hardly a threat to my "maleness" to enjoy expressions of all types of love. |
That would be the Rocky Horror Picture Show |
Its Just a Jump To The Left... & Then a Step To The Right.. ( I Bet you sung it too.) LOL |
Just a repeat of many other films like "When We First Met (2018)" but instead of a photobooth...it's records. Hollywood is so G'Damn lazy. Millions of new scripts but lets just rehash and reboot everything.... |
Thanks for the tip! I've just watched When We First Met and it's a good one! |
I mean not everything I watch requires a WWE wrestler or UFC fighter explosions car chases and spaceships and an epic battle as sometimes a nice entertaining romcom is just fine with me. @justsoimedude6x |
I love romcoms and time travel movies so this is disappointing. The story is interesting but the film sucks, to put it mildly. There's no chemistry between any of the characters and it didn't cause me any emotions other than annoyance due to the bad acting. |
I GOOGLE 'The Greatest Hits reviews' and these 3 headers are in the first 5 results 'The Greatest Hits' buckles under its magical realism 'The Greatest Hits' Review: A Clunky Remix of Better Rom-Com The Greatest Hits review – cutesy music romance plays a forgettable tune |
I liked this. The premise resonated with me, as I am a very musical person and can identify with music being able to take you back to a time and place. |
David Corenswet is the new Superman (2025). I´ll take a look to see if he is a good actor or not. He look like Henry Cavill´s younger brother, though. |
Hey...wait....there is a game with this plot!! Across the Grooves! |
I think it is properly spelled flick, a nod to the flicker you got from 8mm film projection. Flic iis French slang for cop. I could be wrong. Not trying to be a spelling nazi. As for the film, it is a chic (so intentional) flick so pass cuz I am a single male. |
@justsoimedude6x. We see why you are single. That kind of "wiseguy" attitude is big red flag for women as in steer away from this dude.. |
I just wanted to know if this flic was any good...my advice for today is dont be a wanker lol |
This is EXACTLY the same premise as a Brazilian movie that premiered this week, called "Evidências do Amor" (Evidences of Love). Interesting coincidence... |
