 | When Blair Witch came out, it had extremely limited promotion. The actors were not allowed to do any sort of interviews for a certain period of time after the theatrical premier date. Remember, this is during a time when the internet is still in it's infancy and you couldn't just google a film. (1/2) |

| I was scared shitless in the theater, and remember the silence in the car on the way home. A lot of people believed it was real, or at least parts of it were.. until it was finally announced it was a hoax and the gag on the actors was lifted. Very clever, and what a profit and mark on the film industry! (2/2)   |
