In an effort to heal after witnessing her sister's horrific murder, Nic, her sister Annie and two close friends travel to a remote Pacific island for a kayaking and diving adventure.  | The fist one in 2010 was good. Directed, produced and written by the same one person producer, writer and director that made this one. But for a sequel to be made after 12 years, I will be very cautious about this one. As cautious as a person getting ready to dive into shark infested waters. Also the 10/10 reviews on IMDB are by IMDB members of 1 day which means friends and family of the one person writer/producer/director. Only one review by a member of 13 years says it's not a good movie. |

| The movie isn’t half as bad as many suggest here. Okay, it’s not the greatest of terror shark movies, but quite enjoyable nonetheless. If you’re looking for dismembered, ripped apart bodies then yes, this movie will not meet your expectations, but there’s enough thrill to keep you entertained for an hour and a half. Sure, it doesn’t always make sense, but neither did Jaws, Deep Blue Sea or 47 Meters Down. Just keep asking myself how anyone can be haunted by visions of a traumatic occurrence she didn’t witness… |
