good quality , but it's not a very good film really. the 95 movie is far better |
@Guest-8292 maybe if you do your research, you would find that the requirements for 265 has support for hardware that is generations old. https://www.howtogeek.com/342416/what-is-hevc-h.265-video-and-why-is-it-so-important-for-4k-movies/ |
Back in the day we had no choice but to watch movies on our desktop/laptops And it was a grim experience sat there with VLC, codec packs and graphics card churning away Desktops/laptops are multi-purpose devices, they are a jack-off-all-trades, they cope, sometimes barely with a task but they never really excel or are flawless particularly when it comes to media. It is often better to use a purpose made device like a games console for playing video games Fast forward, and now TVs, projectors and satellite boxes all come with their own built-in media player This was a fantastic improvement Now we can watch movies on our big screens without a desktop or laptop getting in the way And these devices ALL use 264 codecs It is those still watching movies on desktops/laptops that are behind the times It seems that some people just can't keep up Go on, move with the times Try playing a movie from a USB stick or external drive direct onto you TV screen for a brand-new, liberating, refreshing experience |
Don't worry...I & others are still seeding. Glad I waited the extra week for this release. No way possible that even the best cam could do this justice. The CGI is top notch, even at this file size. I've still got the last 25 mins left to watch (life gets in the way) but I'm pretty sure I'm just gonna loop it and watch again. A:9 V:9 I'd go 10's if I didn't think a 1080 would be a smidge better. Thanks Galaxy ...thumbs up! |
@ miok 265, super-ultra-high-defintion, whatever do not necessarily make for a good movie A crap movie is still a crap movie As the codec numbers get bigger, our screens get bigger and bigger, the resolution get higher and higher the quality of the content is nose-diving It is like their is an inverse relationship between 'improvements' in technology and movie quality My hypothesis is that the 'Netflix' generation are so dumb that all they care about is the size/codec in their device and are too dumb to realise that they are watching crap "Hey look at the size of my codec" "What's that's playing? " "Hell knows, man "Whatever, movie quality sure ain't keeping up with technology |
@miok TVs and Video players that take USB sticks use 264 codecs and not 265 and to be bluntly honest I personally see no difference in quality versus file size, however this movie was trash, lol |
Audio 9 video 9... But that's were it stops for me.... What a bad movie.... They should have left it where it was.... 10th shelf in the back row covered with the tons of dust it gathered since 1997... |
Much appreciate the quick upload. Can't wait to watch. Thanks |
Thank you GalaxyRG excellent picture excellent movie, thank you seeders. |
Guest-1789 Yep, anything that takes a USB stick or an external drive runs on 264 You can add satellite receivers to the list Yep, and agree, there is absolutely no difference in the quality Holy hell, we are watching HDCAMS encoded in 265 |
