Topaz Video Ai, starting with the best source you can. Then SVP 4 PRO, it's 20 bucks for that and I was happy to purchase it! If the source is HDR, there are some more steps to it, to get back the HDR after the framerate conversion.

I wanted to thank you for all the great torrents you posted in such a short time. The quality of most of them is very good. I had to install an extra hard drive to accommodate the massive upload. I'm spoiled now and want nothing else then 60 frames HFR. Please don't mind the trolls they always come for the go
