most movies come only with english so what i do is downlaod other movies with different audios and use Primire Pro to sync the audio and then use xmedia recode to make it ddp5.1

what player are you using? I recomend using Jellyfin for dolby vision, Plex is know for having playback issues with dolby vision and mp4 container. Maybe try downloading an mkv version and see what happens.
