Im having problems wtigh dolby vision not able to get to work properly but i do have the DV file. Im looiking for a new softwere that can encode DV to mp4 hopefully i find a good one.

the dolby digital audio output was only set on the russian lenguage LOL english only had acc stereo output.

try usinng a streaming platform like plex, jellyfin and emby to see if it works, they are all free to download just make sure your are using hardware accelaration. I too sometimes have problems playing mp4 DV on the LG C1 player so i stop using it.

PLEX user are having problems with transcading mp4 with Doblby Vision, try using jellyfin or emby. I test all my Dolby Vision uploads using LG C1 using both PLEX and jellyfin and it works just fine.

i watch the hole movie on my LG C1 before uploading it. let me know your set up (tv model and player your using) maybe i could help. the very reason i chenge file extention to mp4 is to have a much smooth playback om my LG C1 with Plex.

i used to add subs to my torrents but most of the time they are out of sync so i stop doing it. but you could always find one online maybe you get lucky and get one thats sync.

Try resteing plex app on your ty to defauld settings that work for me when i was having problems getting dolby vision on game of thrones. if that doesnt work try changing your color space on your tv manualy to a different color space.
