All torrent sites face the battle with those that would shut them down, and also issues with the size and maintenance of the site as it grows, so the ups and downs are to be expected.

I can only hope that should there be another issue, the notification is somewhat less worrying than the last one.

Keep up the good work, it is appreciated by so many!
