update

Since I didn't have access to a PC,
Had to restore to factory settings.
But list all data.:_:-(
Never made a backup?
No I didn't
Normally it should do that automatically.
Have you checked if there's one?

Hello,
I have been having a bit of storage problem with my phone.
It is filing up too quickly.
Even after I have deleted lots of files it still says "you have no space left.clean up storage now"

I would like some help with this.
Thank you.
I can offer some advice, but 1st...some device info:
What is:
Brand, Make/model?
Perhaps if possible...can you give us a screenshot?

Is the mesg correct? Do you in fact, have no space left? If so, this can be adressed rather easily.
Clearing the cache from your apps can get you some space back. Games in particular tend to use large amounts of cache.
Adding space by using a msdc. A micro sd card is a fast way to add space to your device.

Now...
If you are seeing this message and you DO have adequate space...there is a different problem that I myself, have no expertise in. Many apologies friend 🙏🏴‍☠️🙂🥰

One last thing...
Check every once and a bit for any updates from your device manufacturer. Often times you may find one available that you havent been notified by yet. 👍

Take care 👋🏴‍☠️☕
