Just for the sake of logic, in a few minutes after insemination, the fetus comes out and after 7 minutes, it is 3 meters tall and has a 4 meter tail, without eating or drinking anything. In 1979 it was wow, but in 2024, be serious. Very stupid movie. I think it's more of a horror comedy and this franchise should be abandoned. |
it was jarring in this one how quickly it happens at least the chest burster part in previous iterations it takes hours for it to get to the point of bursting not minutes, the second stage also takes a few hours. Its like they just hurried along since they couldnt stay on the station for long |
Plot holes and wooden acting, something else that should have been left alone. |
Let me (again) fix you stupid childish robot brother. Here, I've reseted your memory (again). -- Oh, thank(?) you. I feel blessed. Would you like to hear same stupid jokes (again)? -- Damn (again) Incredible cretins create incredibly creative plot with a robot getting spasmatic strokes?? |
Stable but muted and soft video, audio very flat and no low end, but the wosrt thing is plastered with watermarks and includes pop over ads |
Seen it also today. It is decent. Andy the android is the best character in the movie he's very good imo. Movie gets a 6/6.5 out of 10. Sincerely. Jackson. |
Terrrible movie... why are they making so many remakes lately? Damn... 2/10 Thawne |
I started to read my book on my cell phone while watching this movie in the theatre. 3 others were with me and I found at at the end of the movie all 3 would have gladly walked out around 20-30 minutes in-to boring. Horror? Someone up above said the horror is back in this movie--oh yeah? Where? I didn't see any suspense or horror just another horror action with very little horror or action = boring. I would have been more entertained watching a candle burn down. |
For me, the worst in the alien/prometheus franchise (even some alien vs predator movies are better than this). Great effects but no real story or scares (mostly jumpscares in fact). |
almost perfect, I just wish there was more than one alien in it. https://i.redd.it/8atofxjj1edb1.jpg |
What are you talking about? There is more than one alien in it. |
Romulus is a pleasant lemonade on a hot day, ... as such, my maximum respect. Look at it as the best combination of already seen, spiced up with some exciting innovations of not yet seen. The fact that Romulus survives without Ripley (Sigourney W.) is a miracle in itself. Bravo Mr Fede A.! ... Besides the fact that it surely saved the Alien franchise, Romulus gives real hope for further sequels, prequels, ... etc. Whoever is familiar with the existing 'Alien' books, knows, there are plenty to go with, ... let alone with new script ideas or developments (like this one). Personally, I wish, if we could enjoy (at least) one more sequel with Ripley (Sigourney W.) ... Even if she genetically further mutates to new alien hybrid and comit a final self-sacrifice by defeting them, saving planet earth, where they landed in Resurrection (Alien 4) Just an idea, ... (hint-hint) |
