 | David Fincher used to make great movies but he hasn't made a decent movie since 2014 (Gone Girl). Before 2014 he had those 2-3 years gaps where he wouldn't make a single movie and only worked on a Music Videos here and there and then would have one movie in 2-3 years and then back to Music Videos. He can't make up his mind if he wants to be a music video director, which is where his behind the camera director career began: 52 music videos between 1984-1990 before his first movie directing job on Alien³ (1992), or if he wants to be a movie director which is where his music video director career sequed him into but he keeps falling back to directing more music videos than directing movies. In 39 years he has only directed 12 movies compared to 63 music videos and 32 commercials and video shorts. |

 | Disagree. His Love, Death, Robots anime series is amazing. He also did Mindhunter series. I am a very picky film/tv watcher and put story first, so i have never seen Fincher make anything bad yet, even when producing stuff. Guy is still in top form. So looking forward to Killer. Glad to see Fasbender in this! |

 | wth are you talking about!!! since gone girl he worked in 2 good tv shows & made a good movie before this & most great directors (which he IS) take longer times between projects like Terrance Malik or Scorsese you're criticizing the man who made Seven, fight club & The Social Network because he does Music videos. lol |
