avatarok, so upon reading the deleted comments again can see how maybe the mod who deleted this had cause because perhaps the wording was too critical and mistakenly posted things in error. have cleaned it up, made it more "equivalent", and will try posting the deleted comments again in their "improved" condition and will see what happens. so, just wanted to chime in again and state that there are no qualms about keeping these previous deletes, deleted after all. apologies to the mod.

avatarPawpcorn, you are cool. somehow just knew it wasn't you and thus never even thought to presume or state so. thank you so much for your all your uploads, and a requisite thanks to LarMer also. a total of five previous comments on this torrent were presumably reported and deleted, and as of now remain deleted. personally haven't any idea how the mod system functions here on this tracker, the best case scenario is that when an anonymous comment is reported by any user that comment then gets auto-deleted into moderation purgatory? so basically when a mod gets around to it the tally of previously deleted comments will hopefully be undeleted? understandably this probably isn't a priority for the tracker admins/mods. so, am hoping that eventually, with no urgent hurry, the torrentgalaxy admins/mods will undo these deletes. must say that torrentgalaxy rocks. what the confusing part is if the worst case scenario outlined above isn't how this is occurring, then presumably some rogue mod has an axe to grind about these specific comments and again, as last-time this happened, will restate that the irony is quadrupled because of relentless seeding of these whoever is going out of their way and paying so much attention to delete or report these comments are probably partially downloading these torrents from this seeder who's comments they are then reporting and/or having deleted. if the person doesn't like these comments so much they should maybe try either not reading them or perhaps issue a statement of why they are being deleted and point to the area of the site rules they see these comments of violating? two mods before have had to go out of the way to undelete some without cause previously deleted comments. aside from the irrationality of the deletions, without a reason for the deletions how does one even know what is "allowed" and what the censor will deign to "disappear". would be closer to understanding maybe a little better (than as of now zero clarity of the deleter's motivation, aside from political censorship, which is quite funny because nothing in these comments even merit censoring) if the perpetrator actually composed some exposition of what is going on in their mind. it would actually be interesting to know. a solution to this would be simply to have another option for notated deletion of comments, which is the root of this issue here, lack of awareness of cause of deletion. which when an issue of moderators debating would simplify that as wh

avatarthe american political culture is the perfect example of the drake equation answering the fermi paradox. we are so astronomically and ironically incompetent as a species that we cannot even begin to understand each other or ourselves. intelligent life, when it evolves, thus it seems is liable to self-annihilate. just going by internet comments which aren't even truly representative of the scope of ineptitude, is it any surprise that POTUS is donald trump? a marginal billionaire real estate promoter turned reality tv show celebrity who transitioned to an epic internet troll, plus all the other wrong attributes, and a true litany at that. if that wasn't enough, the left is just what the right used to be after some slight token adjustments. that explains the migration of steve schmidt, rick wilson, stuart stevens, etc etc, to the democratic party, as there is nowhere else to go as the republican party implodes in every conceivable way into what should really just now be called the trumpians, and that is being very much too nice. and still, the trumpians will win, because the biggest party is actually the resigned and mega-resigned (maga resigned?). trump doesn't need any of the bernie base to migrate to him, which is a ruse anyway, all he needs is for them to give the middle finger to biden and the rest of the odious establishment democrats, and sit out or uncheck the presidential ballot this election. who cares if trump reigns for four more years the thinking will "go", the court is already useless politically, the wider body-politic is already in rigor mortis. this political system is basically in the throes of destruction. will further extrapolate this soon. a reboot to post-trump after a second term, the left will do better. until then, watch the freakshow procession. sam seder and noam chomsky, while they are smart, are unfortunately naive and short term thinkers that are predictably, as desperation dictates, falling in line to the (incorrect) status quo of the habit for real leftists to resign to the neoliberals. besides, the fracturing "left" although a factor, the biggest factor in this "election" is the general depressed turnout, which just by the very nature of how trump is will be achieved (plus apathy for biden, or undemocratically replacing him). meanwhile the unnuanced true believers trump kool-aid drinkers are unstoppable, and so is their fox, impenetrable to out in the open reason or mere thought(s).

avatarfour comments were deleted here. the torrentgalaxy site rules are: https://torrentgalaxy.to/rules mods or those who requested deletion, how did these four comments violate these rules? under "Comment and torrent rating rules" cannot find reason for this. then under "forum & chat rules" can also find no rationale. these weren't double posts, nor spam, and were actually on the topic of the content. am also very appreciative to these uploaders. this happened before and the deleted comments were reinstated. whoever is requesting these deletes clearly doesn't like these comments and because of that merely request them to be deleted. perhaps they are waiting moderation as a default because a member reported them? if they will stay deleted either torrentgalaxy should change/update the rules and/or replace shadow deleting with a deleted notation. can understand if there is a strict standard for moderation of anonymous comments if a member reports one and it is pulled until moderated. hopefully a mod or admin will please undelete these or explain why they were deleted. thank you to the admins and mods and uploaders of this site. however it would also be nice if whoever is doing this cancel-culture type of stuff to anonymous comments on a torrent tracker could instead address their grievances communicating instead of just outright requesting deleting comments that have not violated any site rules. perhaps that is too much to request from the reporter/censor. this actually is indicative of the critique which they are trying to have removed.

avatarthat is ... whatever is notated would be a pretty clear standard which to evaluate whether a comment should be deleted or left alone. from this perspective none of the comments deleted meet any of the criteria outlined in the rules. for running an ingenious tracker, a thanks to torrentgalaxy. and thank you again Pawpcorn for being awesome. wish you all of you and yours, even including the censor(s), safety and good health.
