avatar@Guest-1985: It could be one of the following reasons:

- Are you using HDD? Try turning off some unnecessary software that is using a lot of I/O on that HDD, it could be the reason why it takes a long time to load a large file.

- Have you tried turning off AV? FLT uses InnoSetup, so it is often blocked by AV because of false positives.

A simpler way is that you can use 7z or winrar to extract the iso file and install from setup after extracting without having to mount the iso file :_:D
