 | Stealing is a major problem all around, cars, dep't stores, smash & grabs, etc. Forget jail time, that just makes a stronger criminal. First/second offense: remove digits from hand. Third offense: Remove hard. 4th: Forearm. Betcha that would slow down theft crimes! |
