Hands down one of the greatest animated films of all time. There is nothing like it. |
I never knew were hands up in the first place. |
I saw this on mushrooms at a drive in movie theater when it came out. I saw a tree dancing around in the parking lot. I knew it wasn't real, but it was still enjoyable. |
I used to own the VHS! Had a Hi-Fi VCR and surround sound! Haven't watched in years but great movie with some very cool animation at times. |
This movie is REQUIRED viewing for a good acid trip like Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and The Wall |
Heavy metal and the wall are definitely two of my favorite trip movies of all time.. but its weird I didnt really like fear n loathing wile tripping(maybe cause saw it a couple times sober prior).. Paprika, Yellow sub, Akira, Coraline and Kubo and the two strings imo also belong in the required trip watch catagory! |
I was on a date at a drive-in during senior year for my first time with this movie. However, my date wasn't really interested in the flick, so I didn't see much of anything ... except for the back seat of my 396 V8, 4-barrel carb, dual exhaust, 4-on-the-floor, Cragar mags, '69 Chevy Chevelle. |
Yeah, we saw this tripping balls in a small (single) late night theater. The manager was so cool and let anything happen in there. I think he was a perv but he let us in free if he saw me in the line. :) |
Don't forget the ELO laser show at the Boardwalk back in the 70's |
Hubba Hubba. This is real animated movies, not that modern post 2010 Disney stuff. |
animated is animated you clown. Disney animation is no less real animation than this is lol they're both real animated! because they're both animated. if you're saying you like the art style better, or the writing is more adult, then then say that. think more about the points you'd like to make before making them. |
Nobody under the age of 60+ says "Hubba Hubba" your entire demeanour now makes so much more sense!, its suddenly so simple, no wonder you hate literally everything on here made after 1989. you're the classic stereotype of a miserable old bastard who hates everything now because its different than it was in your day. |
