@Brrr I respect how you saw it, but for me, the writers brought all the disconnected stories together (IMO) perfectly at the end of season 2, I felt it was well worth the effort. I don't know what season 3 holds, but I can't wait to find out. |
I wonder if this season will be about, you know, the bear, or will he have to play second fiddle to Sydney again?. |
It really does depend on the sex and skin color of the characters, as to how sympathetically they'll be portrayed, and how much screen time they'll get. |
@Brr and Guest-2998 Well I barely remember S1 & S2, but I'm sure I will enjoy S03 as much S1 & S2. Like Jeremy Allen White acting style in this series. I looked at the extracted muxed subs saw issues, then DL'd the "SuccessfulCrab.srt" subs as they had the correct timing. But both (muxed & DL'd) had some of the same train-wreck attributes with music symbols/italics/hyphens. In fixing the hyphens I found this [ep.01]: 84 00:18:05,446 --> 00:18:06,915 You good? 85 00:18:06,915 --> 00:18:06,949 You good? - Yes, Chef. - You got this? 86 00:18:06,949 --> 00:18:08,084 - Yes, Chef. - You got this? 87 00:18:08,251 --> 00:18:09,621 - Yes, Chef. - Are you sure? Look closly ... do you see it? |
They ran out of content, other than showing the usual grind, nothing else. The season stats with a artsy fartsy episode that is very hard to watch, and ends with a letting go style used in shameless, and still then had the guts show "to be continued." |
The first season concluded with a terrible deus ex machina event. The second season then disregarded that 'solution' and immediately fractured into disconnected plot lines that quickly became unwatchable. Pair the poor writing with execrable direction, in which the extreme closeup make up a huge percentage of every sequence, and you're left with a show that looks as if it was made by untalented amateurs. I admit to giving up after a few episodes on the second season, so I have no idea about the third... but there wasn't enough story for a single season, so I doubt things have improved. |
The series went downhill after the stupid and totally unrealistic ending of the first season. At least the story of the first season was straightforward. The second season was nothing but a bunch of ridiculous and horribly written emo storylines.....not even gonna bother with this. Waste of acting talent.... |
