You can't beat GalaxyRG265 for combined size & video quality. |
Somebody Correct me if I'm Wrong & I most likely am. This 10-bit 1.75GB x265 version is probably equal to almost a 2.5GB x264 version in video quality. It does make sense. This is better than the x264 version with better video & audio quality with it just being 350mb bigger. If you compare the screenshots of the x264 vs the x265 you will see that the x265 is superior & doesn't have as much pixelation. The x264 is still very good but it's just the x265 is more efficient when encoding & compressing. So if the x264 & x265 have the same bitrate then the x265 will have the better quality because it is more efficient. |
Why x265 is bigger in size than x264? The point of x265 is to have better video quality at the same or smaller size than x264. That don't makes sense. |
