Lol.. I tried but pretty boring. I love that they used non english for realness but then they made that irrelavent with other nonsense, kinda hard getting sucked into the atmosphere of the stone age with the fully pc diverse cast all with pearly white teeth and fresh hair cuts... totaly beleivable! |
So only caucasians existed in the beginning of time? Pretty outdated outlook you have there. Science has long proven that's not true. |
Dunno about the hair but white teeth is totally realistic, I mean it was before discovery of cane sugar, coffee and even tea, so? |
They probably did have better teeth in the stone age. Maybe they were more aesthetic too. |
@Guest-2285 said "Science has long proven that's not true." BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! That's frickin' hilarious! You scienTISM zealots are worse than all the other religious nutbags put together LOL! |
There's basically zero chance their teeth would have been better. They wouldn't have had any means of combating tooth decay or fixing misaligned teeth. You don't need cane sugar to get cavities ffs. The bacteria need sugar, but it can be from starches or fruits or vegetables. The bacteria aren't picky. |
re: ''only caucasians existed?'' - obviously not, but i don't think that was the claim. in stone age times, one would expect that regions of the earth would have pretty racially homogeneous populations. whether it's caucasians or a different racial group, you'd see uniformity and not be likely to find any diversity. |
@guest2285 of course not, its kinda wierd thats what you got from my comment tbh. Its exactly what FauxGojira said, obviously in 4 corners of the earth people looked different and had different skin tone. But in the stone age they probably didnt even know others existed let alone walk around in a pack lookin all fresh |
The dark scenes are completely unwatchable, but, I actually liked the movie. The acting is solid, the visuals was good, except the dark scene, even in bigger 3-4gig versions it was impossible to see what was going on, so I will order this one in bluray. A few details that was annoying, regarding the clothing of the neanderthals, not sure they knew how to weave fabric back then? And a few other things, but nothing really worth mentioning. Anyways, I think it was absolutely worth the watch if you like movies who portray humanity before written history. And as others has mentioned, the language aspect was great. Thanx 4 sharing this one, it will be a good one for my collection, who is a bit slim around that specific theme of the stoneage. |
Nah, it's the old stoner age. They probably sit around the campfire getting stoned, get the munchies and chomp down some dinosaur meat. Might have to watch this one cause it's an oddball movie. As a plus, they don't appear to have a cabin either... |
Didn't finish it, really boring. Also, a very diverse cast for the stone age, people of one race would be in one area most likely, groups would meet and mix a little but every group was homogenous. Not saying it needed to be white people but pick a race and stick with it. Another example of diversity and inclusion not portraying history correctly. |
correct kind of ,, its just been released in USA 2024 ,, but this side of the pond its a 2022 film |
The comments are hilarious. This is set in the Stone Age apparently, so considering the possibility this may be set at the onset of the period, of hunter gatherers, cavemen and apemen, its a plausible theory the white guys are the anachronism here. |
Language says English, BS not a word of English in this waste of time. |
Who on earth would possibly think this movie was worth funding and who would want to watch it? |
WOKE&SILLY , the idea is good , the script and acting-CASTING is awful...well trimmed and groomed , Z gen casting NO GOOD...it might work for their OWN kind , tho. |
It's not English and doesn't contain subtitles that can be used on a TV, PC possibly though. |
I wonder what this means?? Included subtitles English, English, Spanish |
This is NOT in english. So TGx, useful file info would be, er, more useful. There often are english subs for english movies, e.g. for the hearing-impaired, for those who just like to read, but of most interest: forced subs for the non-English parts. Presumably these are that. |
