Watched this when it first came out as: The.Holdovers.2023.1080p.WEBRip.1600MB.DD5.1.x264-GalaxyRG Great cast, excellent acting and a well thought-out plot. I enjoyed very much !! |
Is it normal the amount of visual noise the movie has? I mean, i get is film grain, but for example, DualYG release, that is 1 Gb lighter and is a x264 movie, which if i understand correctly is a less efficient codec than x265, has a lot less noise, while still maintaining the grainy look. A similar thing happened with Past Lives, which had a lot of noise too, tho in that movie it was a lot more distracting cause it wasn't set in the past, and that was even a 4k release. Just if someone wanna check it out, minute 08:51, the wall behind Paul Giamatti would be a great example. Is this how it's supposed to be? Could it be my pc or media player config? |
