Got to watch this when I was ten just loved the brutal violence. |
Exactly, Guest-1618. Back then being a young child and watching this uncut from video cassette was such an surreal experience, mind bending. (Thank you cousin ) And being immersed into these images, at such a young age, the barriers between what is real and unreal just vanish; marvelous! Only years later I understood what it was. It was kind of how native Americans felt, when they 1st saw the Spanish arrive with their mighty Ships, shiny armor, new unseen tech, and their violence. |
Thanks! Almost passed on this copy because it's missing "ARROW" and "DC" in the name... Good thing I scrolled down to check the source. Can torrent names be changed? |
Remarkable movie, not only for its time but still can hold up to today's sci-fi/action/thriller films! That says a lot! Thanks for this great upload of a classic! |
Snapshots are very grainy, I compared them to the RoboCop (2014) [10bit] snapshots, big differences. Think I'll just stick with the: RoboCop.1987.ARROW.REMASTERED.DC.1080p.BluRay.H264.AAC-RARBG version. I did grab the RoboCop (2014) [10bit] though. |
One of the best social commentary films ever made and one of the 10 best movies to come out of the 1980's. |
@Guest-1932: you don't know anything then if that's what you say about RoboCop 1987 |
It was the 4 runner to The Terminator movies |
According to IMDB, Robocop is the 73rd best English language movie from the 1980s. https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=feature&release_date=1980-01-01,1989-12-31&sort=user_rating,desc&num_votes=10000,&primary_language=en |
