| I didnt really care for Phoebe tho it wasnt all bad. They probably just want to make more Indy movies with Phoebe as a Lead thats why they made this movie to get more female viewers and generally a different audience. A lot of ppl really liked this on imdb tho |

In addition, they show the female character, not that she is equal to the male, which is ok, but that she is much better and smarter, and perfect in every way without a single flaw |

| First 20 minutes, good movie. This felt more like Indiana Jones. The deaging they used on Harrison Ford looked great. Love the references to the Spear of Destiny. Maybe Disney should have used Indiana Jones and the Spear of Destiny as major inspiration for Indy 5. After the first 20 minutes, trash. They managed to make Indy look like he’s a failed husband and father. There is no redeeming quality about Phoebe’s character. No real growth for her character. No real adversity she face. Just a strong whamen. While I do like Mads as a villain, he wasn’t terrifying nor intriguing. And this dude is a Nazi and his motive should make him terrifying. The CGI New York looked very off putting. I would even say cheap. Just a poor effort by Disney. |

| While the rip seemed fine, the quality of EVERYTHING in this movie, from effects, writing and acting in this movie were lacking at best. Firstly no one wanted to see another Indiana Jones movie, let alone one portrayed by am 80 something yr old Harrison Ford. The de-aging effects were poor to say the least. The story looks like it's been spliced together from 3 different movies. Everyone is also getting sick and tired of the bait and switch. No one wants to go to an Indiana Jones movie to see an insufferable English actress, who's only claim to fame is an obscure British comedy and being insufferable feminist, try to replace Indiana Jones. Leave old IP's alone. If writers and producers these days are to incompetent to write original stories or are to busy being activists on whatever pet perceived problem they want to push this month then they probably deserve to loose their jobs to AIs. In closing, if you have 2hrs 40 something mins to waste and can put up with bad movies then give it a watch |

This film was great dont know why it did terrible at cinema, it had all the elements of a good Indy film, the only thing which let it down; to which i think is a really HUGE; is the film stock to what i mean is; it lacks that great glossyness and colours from the previous films to which we are accustomed to and expect. Had they gone with the proper look from past Indiana Jones movies it would have made this film 10 x better (even the crystal skulll has better colours in keeping with the older films) This film with its choice of colour palette just makes the whole film feel drab; i could not help but grumble throughout its entire runtime about the disrespectful film stock colours of which found the look to be very distracting throughout the entire film cheapening the whole feel of the movie. Of course that is just a superficial perspective; otherwise is a decent watch and enjoyed it. |

| Yeah, I watched the cam, thought it was just the source quality but after sampling the "official" release, it really does have a faded/washed out effect. Of course, given the quality of the story and acting , maybe this was intentional? You could tell Ford really wasn't into it and was just fulfilling his contract. |

 | Saw this last night and loved it, was putting it off for a while as a long movie. But you hardly notice it as such a great adventure movie Lots going on, it is the usual story type but then it is an Indian Jones movie and you get just that. Great entertainment, all actors did a great job. Yes Phoebe Waller Bridge can be a bit annoying but that is the part she played, true old style British. The ones who put her down probably cant grasp proper English very well and she is not a "broad" Guest-3525, do you come from the wild west or related to the Godfather? |
