During the three years of its existence (from 1967 to 69), the band had a chance to perform at the most famous venues of that era, the musicians shared the stage with such legendary bands as SANTANA BAND, STEVE MILLER BAND, IT'S A BEAUTIFUL DAY etc. And at the same time, not a single album was released "during his lifetime", the total number of recordings is also quite small, and success ... If there was success, then it remained in the distant 60s.
The band was formed in 1967 in California when ALL NIGHT FLIGHT unanimously decided to change their name to FRUMIOUS BANDERSNATCH, borrowed from Lewis Carroll. The lead role was immediately taken by Jack King, a singer and drummer who previously played with SHADES BLUE LTD. Despite the short activity of the ensemble, the composition often changed, and sometimes quite dramatically. Thus, there are three main stages in the work of FRUMIOUS BANDERSNATCH.
