 | Thank you GalaxyRG . Another great quality upload, A/V is as good as ever -- that being damn near perfect for the encoding and the file size. Movie was interesting enough, but the acting was -- in my less than expert opinion -- mediocre and uninspiring. The story itself held no real surprises, and didn't really engage me at all -- and I am what might be termed "highly sympathetic" to the subject matter and to strong female characters that might not be otherwise given much of a chance by some of the more "fragile egos" amongst our commentors. In all, for me, a great quality download, but a lackluster movie, and it'll hit the recycle bin soon enough. Thanks for your efforts all the same, always appreciated   !! |

| My father was 17 when he set foot on the beaches of Normandy in June 1944. He would be 95 now if he were still with us. Putting aside the philosophical debate about exactly how much 'revenge' one can take out upon someone who has lived 90 years or more and is in the last years of their life, how plausible is it that a teenager would be used as a guard at a Workcamp filled with enemies of the state? How plausible is it that a teenager could be guilty of the sort of brutality that would inspire such a vengeful response? Now even if you are prepared to proceed beyond such probing questions and play along with such a tenuous and unrealistic narrative answer this? What sort of sick twisted demented but yet fit healthy twenty something individual (male or female), puts their life on hold and arguably their future at risk, crosses the globe to track down, torture and potentially kill (I haven't seen the end of the movie so its unclear whether she did the deed or not) a frail ninety plus if not centarian man no matter what deeds he might have committed 75 years before and to do so for people who were dead fifty years or more before she was ever born effectively making them all but total strangers? Its seems to me even if you get passed the absurdity of such a narrative the 'cure' is just as if not more monstrous, cruel and vindictive as the actual 'disease'. If you ask me, as 'fragile' as my ego is, it takes a pretty warped and twisted mind to see anything politically positive in such a tragic story but there again both the mindset of 21st Century feminism (who imagine 'strength' in such stories) and the perverse worldview of Follywood seem to be just that warped and vindictive. One day liberals will realise they have become even bigger problems than the ones they used to rail against. They are the monsters now just like that girl........ |

 | If this movie was say set in 2022, World War 2 ended in 1945, 77 years ago. The guard at Auschwitz in 1945 could had been 16-18. Toward the end of WW2, to free up able bodied men for combat, many Hitler youth members were used as camp guards. So he is 93-95 yo now, people do live that long. |
