A/10 V/10 - thanks for the upload! Highly recommended!! Now for all you who like to spew meaningless drivel without ever watching the film, get a life: "Exquisitely shot with sets whose attractive clutter hides clues and red herrings alike, Glasshouse is destined to linger in the imagination. It’ll be a while before you put on a mask without remembering the distinctive bonnets, covered in clear polythene, which are worn by its protagonists for outdoor work. Don’t be misled by the beauty of it. Everything here is functional. Even the sweeping melodic score is playing games with memory, inviting you to connect the various pieces of a complex puzzle. Glasshouse is a film which Egan waited many years to make. Screening as part of Fantasia 2021, it’s supposed to be the first of three science fiction films. After you’ve seen it, you’ll be impatiently waiting for the others." |
That's your review or copied from somewhere else? I watched it and already forgot about it. The story is paper thin and the acting is wanting. Why WAIT many years to make a movie? Waiting is having no reason to postpone, so why? |
So ... you can only enter the "enchanted" glass house if you remember your name. Now, how is anybody else going to know if you make one up if they don't know your name either? That's a huge hole in the story that I found in the first 8 seconds of the trailer. Kind of sucks. I would love to see a movie about an enchanted glass house that made sense. |
people with an IQ of 40 and less will think its a TOP movie. |
7.4/10 IMDb and 89% on Rotten Tomatoes, I'm kinda sceptic about it but I'll give it a try 👍 |
using the name of a much better movie from 2001 with Leelee Sobieski - bad attempt to capitolize on title |
That would the be "The Glass House" https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0221218/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0 not "Glasshouse" |
A budget so tight, they couldn't even afford the space in the title. |
It's not Christmas yet for another 321 days, 1 hour 34 minutes and 02 seconds but I am going to say it BAH HUMBUG !! |
