What is this odd obsession to download a movie because of one actor? Does one actor, who's name you know, make a good movie? Is a movie by definition bad because you're not familiar with the actors? This is just as silly as only listening to music when the song is in the key of E. Now go miss out on everything worthwhile because of your predilection. |
this film (loose term obviously) is basically die hard in another skin, yet it has such a poor script/screenplay and a much lower budget that even a half decent director knows they need to get creative. prime example would be M.night shyamalan with sixth sense. great script and screenplay and an almost nobody director at the time, but he managed to get a $40m dollar budget from the producers on the strength of that story/script, a great performance from the cast, and rose to stardom. steven spielberg's jaws is another example of great directing from an also unknown director at the time (compared to now) with a low budget and required creative thinking, and brian singer's usual suspects is a good example of a director getting a good (not great) performance from an unwilling cast in a low budget. yet here willis is mocked. it's like blaming a singer for the orchestra's mistakes. just saying (or posting, for those with a more pedantic mood) |
Trailer Say's No.. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt10957044/ But thanks anyway TGx |
@BluudNut, what are you talking about!? I've seen better delivery of lines in pawn videos, better action on cooking shows, and Bruce isn't even phoning it in, he's losing his acting skills. At 66 years old he looks more like a nursing home resident than the villian in any action movie. You don't have a low bar for liking things, you have no ability to tell what's good, what's middling, and what really is a waste of everyone's time. What I can credit Bruce with in this movie is: no one was shot on set... not saying much. |
Willis is at it again! Oh, well! Good thing Cage has been putting out a few decent flicks of late. Look, the comedies, lately, have been terrible. At least Bruce has taken over that role and is keeping us in stitches! Yippee-Ki-Yay, Brother Sucker! |
I'm with Bruce. His recent movie Die Hard was a classic. That scene where his pager goes off in the elevator gets me every time. |
Has anyone actually watched the film here though? yeah he keeps making shitty films with no real script, sure hes bound to hit something somewhat decent eventually though...right? i dont know |
Bruce gets $1 million to stars in these direct to video trash and his screen time is minimal. Bet his scenes can be done in 1 or 2 days. That's pretty good amount of spending money. |
Probably. The late Leonard Cohen had to take up touring again in his late 60s after his accountant ripped him off |
Bruse, trying his best bhoys! Also U wonderful peeps on here don't go away please. mikeeybhoy |
