Guest-2724, if you want to see reviews on the movie, click the link on the page here to IMDB. By now there are enough accurate reviews to give you an idea if it is good or not. Secondly, you talk of using brains, but you failed completely in basic punctuation, let alone errors with words used. ... Never call out peoples lack of intelligence when your own comments indicate a lack of intelligence in itself... |
Hell has not fury like a woman scorned A relevant observation on the social fabric way back in 1695 and still relevant, many would say MORE relevant *fires up calculator* 326 years later in 2021 It just goes to show that human nature and the nature of human interactions remains fundamentally the same down through the ages |
BRILLIANT factoid Guest 3113!! And, seriously, what's more fun than Nazi gold, huh??? Will watch this one!! |
An interesting factoid which puts this movies into context and gives us a clue to where it is coming from : "'Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned' is an idiom that is adapted from a line in William Congreve's play, The Mourning Bride (1697). The line from which it came is 'Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned, nor hell a fury like a woman scorned." |
I will just complete the title Hell has no fury like a woman scorned |
You could easily be forgiven for thinking that "'Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned' is a Biblical quote |
Seem like them Nazis left a lot of gold hidden everywhere. Very inconsiderate of them. |
Why do you need someone else's opinion, Guest-2724? What do you expect from that? I could tell you I hated the movie, but I don't like action movies and hate war. What are you now the wiser? |
why wont some who has actually watched these movies try using their brains and give us a review we can relate too or is that too hard |
Ok, I'll probably give this a miss but Jim Morrazini, who is an OK reviewer (Voices from the Balcony) concludes his review thus: "The script for Hell Hath No Fury isn’t sure if it wants to be an action film, a thriller or a character study. The result is a compromised film with enough good points to be worth watching but far from what it could have been." Probably watchable if there's nothing else about. Caveat videntium. |
