 | This is one of those movies like 2001: A Space Odyssey where you have to have read  the book to figure out what is going on It is not a horror movie more supernatural (or is it?  ) but there is one genuinely creepy scene when one of the characters (the old lady in the 'green house') appears to emerge from a closed door (a kind of  'Woman in Black'  ) moment, it is just low key and creepy enough to give you a chill down the neck Despite of not quite knowing what is going on here it looks good, is perfectly watchable, is multi-stranded enough to hold your interest and plays out well  The 'rescue distance' is the distance a mother leave between her and her child in case something 'bad' were to happen like the example in the movie of the child falling into a pool  |
