Ignore the goofy cover shot. This is light and funny, plus you get to see John Cena's fully bare :_ass . :_eyes :_facepalm

On a deeper level, there's also something about the meaning of true friends, but that is secondary to the laughs and general silliness.

A/V is excellent, as usual. Rating it 7/10 for cracking me up - a lot. Think R-rated Caddyshack.
