My notes.
"Hipsters, flipsters and finger-popping daddies, knock me your lobes.
I come to put down Caesar, not to hip you to him." That's part of the hipsopmatic version of Marc Antony's funeral oration performed by Sir Richard "Lord" Buckley in the early 1960's.
This e NTLive production is a pretty hip one with a warm-up band and modern dress.
Does it work? I'll let the viewer be the judge on that one. This is a recode of
an existing torrent which was about 6Gb. Here it can be downloaded in an hour or so
with my seedbox helpers initially. My thanks to the original capturer for the content.
I have another version of Julius Caesar from The Royal Shakespeare Company in torrents also. It is set in an unnamed African Republic and features Patterson Joseph leading an all black cast. Not be missed. It's available in my file group.
A word on subtitling. The subtitle files did not capture in my usual way.
The English and Swedish subtitle files are accessed as follows:
In VLC player start the play and pause. Open the subtle tab at the top. You
see "Add Subtitle File" at top when the tab opens. Below that are selections for default Eng and Swedish. Those bullets have not worked for me on this. Instead select the top option which shows the actual .srt files folder. Click on that, make your selection and a screen message tells you the sub was added and the subs should play as usual. Resume play. Enjoy. I have added the How To text file I made for other subtitles in other plays which can be done through the Subtitle Translator programs available free online.
