Summary

  Wild and newly single, Julie throws a late night party. In the kitchen Jean and Kristina clean up as the celebration heaves above them. Crossing the threshold, Julie initiates a power game with Jean – which rapidly descends into a savage fight for survival.

My notes

  NTlive's Julie is a recode of an existing torrent.  That detail is in the NFO. The original was 15 Gb.  My recode for easy download is 300 MB.

  This update of Miss Julie by August Strindberg takes it's place with the earlier production of "Yerma" after Garcia Lorca.  These are classic plays for a new audience.  I leave it up to the viewer to decide if it is successful.  Also in such a group is Yael Farber's "Salome"  though that is not a interpretation but an original drama.  All were in my file share collections.  I hope to continue doing them by adding new uploads to my new index which you are reading.  But as streaming becomes more widespread new screen cappers and recoders are needed to join the effort.

  For a more traditional Miss Julie there is the Film starring Saffron Burroughs which is worth seeking out.
