MissHeard is not in the wrong at all. The title clearly has HC and HDRIP. If people don't know what that means then maybe they should go and buy the movie when it is released to the public.

They are colorized. If you want the black & white originals then check out the 65GB DVD pack from "QxR". I've not downloaded all of it but at the very least - season 1 is definitely black and white.
