I get wrong bit rate in MediaInfo when I use ffmpeg. After I run it through mkvtoolnix, then the correct bit rate is shown. Not sure why though.

Thanks for these old shows! Some great memories as a kid. Could you verify episodes 20 and 23 of season 4? Was trying to add some metadata but wouldn't work. Opened in mediainfo and I see both of these files are listed as IsTruncated.
