Yes. As I said only last 4+ seconds at the end are cutting out. It plays until 1:31:40 and header says 1:31:45. Seeking in vlc takes a lot of time. I will continue seeding original but I will cut and remux the file for myself. Thanks.

In such case Transmission is not adding partially downloaded 4MB block to the file and this results in incomplete mkv. Last 4-5 seconds of the video are not there. I tested file with mkvinfo and ffmpeg. Which torrent client can download file complet...
