Agreed. I really tried to watch this, just outta sheer boredom, and I made it this far but, 10min into the first episode of this season, I had to just quit. Red/Kitty are the only likeable characters in this series.

Usually changing a character's race isn't a big deal, but for this it changed a lot about his character because having "white privilege" as a slave owner what a part of who he was. Still a good series, I just consider it a different story... not woke'd, not reimagined, just a new story from the Anne Rice "universe".
