it's both italian and english, there are both italian audio track and english audio track, you just must select english audio track from your player

ok, i think your tv is not compatible with .srt subtitle tags.... the tags in the subtitles are used to position the text, choose the color etc etc.... your tv does not read them and shows you the icons
