Ok. Found the fix: need to delete the contents from *C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download*, then install/reinstall the language pack, logout/login back and voilà! :_:D

Any idea how to change language display settings? I installed my language, but I can select it from the drop-down list to use it instead of only English. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
