What does that mean to put random/multiple reviews nonstop? Is this the only thing you can do here on TGx? And the limit added to avoid such spam by members here to abuse the review system, allow me to say, which is already abused and being abused but kept getting excused, isn't that enough for you folks? Should I mention how? ''you were correct'' ''Here's a $5 refund for Kate. Limit one per customer.'' etc! (Don't take it serious, it's just an example) It's not a review under any direction, but still someone has it, pardon me, it is actually abusing, if you know the meaning of reviewing someone, it shall be unique and meaningful to personality and work they do, not to celebrate Sunday nights and weekends, though,  random reviews can be happened on BD, promotion, in real, it's not random, it is the exact day of review to forward something meaningful the most! Well, there are too many dos and don'ts I can mention, but why I'm doing this or wanted to? Where the answer still remains the same > Rules can't get judged, they get followed only! Limit teaches us how to behave no matter it's a review or Feedback on YouTube/Facebook, in fact, they have limits too, Hope it helps! Opinions are welcome, but blaming the system not fair enough! As far my concern, if the limit of 8 seems nothing to you, Trust me, no matter you have 80 to do one day you will still object why not 100, it does make sense! There nothing defend, only thing we required is to understand the whole purposes behind it how good and bad it can be, lastly cooperating with the system, that's all folks.

Remember: Anything that you want, that doesn't mean it may be helpful for everyone! :_facepalm

It's amazing how such a minor thing can get some upset.Rules are there for a reason & in this case explained very clearly as to why. No offense to any one but I think it has been discussed enough imo .Let's move on .....:_:)

I have no problem with the 8 review per day limit. I've never come close to it.

I would, however, like to clarify my rep award to jaxe, which you quoted in your comment above as an example of abuse. It was not abuse. Here's the background: A couple weeks ago, I wrote a detailed review of the film 'Kate', which jaxe then downloaded and watched. He didn't like the movie very much and PMed me to say so. I then sent him +5 rep, along with the comment, 'Here's a $5 refund for Kate. Limit one per customer'. Yes, it was silly and frivolous, but friends engage in that kind of banter all the time. And jaxe and I have been good friends for a long time now.

In plain English, my award of rep to jaxe was for a film he didn't enjoy, based on a movie review which I wrote.

Why not just send a pm and thank the person for the review and explain that you will be returning the favour for their kind review after 24hours
once that period is up you will be able to review :)

I also think it is nice giving someone a review to let them know regarding a movie :) just like uploaders who take the time to upload all their quality torrents :) :_love:_love:_love

Pardon me, we weren't defeating or fighting,  I must apologize because I was thinking it might be me who first pushed the jaxe:_trusted_user::_sitefriend::_male::_sitelover::_junkie::_kitty::_sun::_turtle:'s post, and see we are here saying the same things which should have got done in the first place, which is > Cooperate, understand the rules, don't blame system, use comment to say thanks, make review later if the limit exceeded and all that, I don't know why I have done this mess by explaining further to help to understand what inside it.

Though it has gone wrong, Besides understanding things on the spot, we bring it down very weirdly, LOL, but look, what I meant to solve is what already mentioned in the rules, someone started blaming rules and now agreeing to rule, meanwhile, my explanation has gone wrong and kentk9:_trusted_user::_sitefriend::_male::_sitelover::_junkie::_kitty::_sun::_turtle: thought I was mentioning his review as in abuse of review, where it wasn't anything like that, I made an example, how the reviews getting done, doesn't mean why they are and what's the purposes, purposes are clear to understand, thanking uploader, thanking someone to help, etc.! So, what I believed while making explanation was, what if you figure it out why we have limit, what is the alternate fair way to put feedback if we ran out of reviews, what if you understand how it goes, though, Excuse me, if I hurt your feelings, or if anyone got hurt by the above explanation, I didn't mean to make a mess here, but it became something like this, Defend or lose, where we weren't defeating anyone! Anyway...we read rules in plain text, it is us who figure out how to adjust them while doing such things!.

I'm glad, from where it gets started, it last on the same spot, we are all friends, and if I meant to say sorry, I will say sorry because I mean it, I apologize if anything you didn't expect to be discussed here, Sorry everyone!

I thought it is a site Feedback related topic where anyone about to put something handy on features basis only!

Just saying, the basic topics must stay clean and stick on subject where visitors can read helpful things or offer one! We have other topics to have this type of discussion to be continued. (I'm saying this being friendly, together we stand) No offense given or taken.
