The "... Message pending staff verification ..." is becoming a bit of an issue in chat regarding new(ish) members who have not achieved Trusted Status yet but use the site regularly.:_:-(

Unless there is a Staff member in there then they cannot chat as all their posts are pending....so the conversation is a bit non-existant.

The pending posts are hayzee56:_moderator::_male: ...Iv'e had 2 chances to chat with him, when Deep61:_moderator: and Ange1:_moderator::_female: were also in chat....but the coversation goes back to pending when Staff leave....and nobody expects Staff to just sit in there holding peeps hands while they chat lolol.
Same for Forum posts also.

Could you put a limit on the posts pending please...?...say, if a non-trusted member has their first 5-10 posts verified then they are ok after that...?...you should be able to snare spammers within that limit and it's leaves the non-spammers to go about their business unhindered...?

Thanks Bandit, this issue has been noticed and is being addressed. Your suggestion seems a reasonable solution and will definitely be considered.

That's caused by new anti-spam features that have recently been implemented. It's a work in progress and will be refined as time goes by.
